Here is how ordering and delivery work at Tidylo, from the moment you place your order.
Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered in about 3 to 7 days after your order is confirmed. Some areas, especially remote pincodes, can take a little longer.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, we may reach out on WhatsApp or by call to confirm your details and delivery address. Please keep your phone reachable so your order is not delayed.
Payment
You can pay with Cash on Delivery or online at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the amount ready when your parcel arrives.
Delivery charges
If a delivery charge applies, it is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we share tracking details where they are available. For an update on your order at any time, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
If you are not available
If you are not available when the courier arrives, they may call you or try again. Please keep your phone with you around your delivery time.
