Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Product photos are for guidance, so colours and small details can vary slightly. If we spot an error in a price or description, we may correct it and will contact you before going ahead with an affected order.

Placing an order is a request to buy. We may confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by call. We may cancel an order if the details cannot be verified, we cannot reach you, or an item is unavailable, and we will refund anything you have already paid.

You can pay with Cash on Delivery or online at checkout, as shown when you place your order.

Delivery is covered in our shipping page and returns and refunds in our returns page. Both form part of these terms.

Please use the site lawfully and do not misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it or access it in ways it is not meant to be used.

To the extent allowed by law, Tidylo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or the products. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
